Wheeler District

Wheeler District arose from the embers of the Oklahoma City Downtown Airport which went into receivership.  Having successfully bid to purchase the real estate on the south side of I-40, with much patience and wisdom, Wheeler District has been created based on input from engaged citizens of the surrounding area.  Wheeler District is designed to be walkable and bikeable, and the developer has stayed true to that design.  The development has single family homes, live/work shop homes, condominiums, townhomes, retail, restaurant, office spaces, Western Gateway Elementary School, not to mention the iconic Ferris Wheel  which was on the Santa Monica Pier for many years.  

I have had the pleasure of being involved from the start to the current state of Wheeler District. 

Very recently, a deal was closed resulting in site work beginning for what will be a 199 unit apartment complex.  Other exciting developments continue.
