Carlton Landing
What an experience walking with the developer of Carlton Landing from acquiring unimproved parcels of land to planning sessions to turn those parcels into a vibrant community. When those parcels were purchased, there was no infrastructure in place, nor were they part of a municipality. There were innumerable challenges and obstacles to overcome. To watch and take part in taking those parcels to the desirable and very special community that Carlton Landing is today, has been a great honor and experience.
Carlton Landing is the newest city in Oklahoma. It was incorporated on October 21, 2013. Prior to that the last city incorporation granted was in the 1970s.
